[FIXED] [PvE] Dread Wastes - Unstable Serum

Bug description: Recenlty, Scripts for general world mobs were implemented. One such is Unstable serum for dread waste mobs.
Mobs in dread wastes have this aura which applies a 4 sec stun PERIODICALLY ( remember from my earlier mop experiences ).
But currently, mobs apply this aura permanently causing 24x7 stun on the player, leading to slow annoying stunned death from mobs.
A quick fix is appreciated cuz even a 700IL player cannot kill a 250k HP mob such as dreadspinner cuz u r stunned forever.

Also i noticed this on dreadspinner only , did not check on other mobs due to lack of time..

P.S: I wonder if this applies to legion realm too. It would be nice if a player or a gm could cross-verify

Fixed. Since we implemented scripts for so many npcs errors are bound to appear. Report them and we will fix them
