Bug description: Crimson vial isn't healing for as much as it should. For example, in the video it healed for 34.1k health which is 34.9%, instead of the 42% that it says it heals for in the tooltip.

Please before creating a report check the website (you might've downloaded your client with a different version - yet same buildnumber, hotfixes might have been applied - than our version.) Our version says 5% per sec, for a total of 6 seconds, ticking on 0 too, that makes it 7*5 = 35%
