WoW Freakz spell link: Duskwalker's Footpads
Bug description: The equip says that ''The remaining cooldown on Vendetta is reduced by 1 sec for every 50 Energy you expend. ''. As you can see in the video down below the equip doesn't work at all; I pressed Stopwatch with 1 second delay and yet the cooldown of Vendetta remains the same.
