Bug description: Its soun't each sec gone giving me 15% more its sould giving me 10% each sec..

You see here is a problem, the spell itself now on blizzard does only 10% increase per sec, but in 7.1.5 patch it does 15%, even on wowhead link if you check at changelogs you will see that it does 15% on 7.1.5 and 10% on 7.2, I still don't know what happened, maybe because 7.2 will be release tomorrow they changed some spells earlier on wowhead.

I can clear up the situation: we found this issue for several spells already; in-game and on wowhead it shows a specific value (possibly they sneaked in somekind of hotfix that we don't have - yet?), but in our datastores a different value is present, and that is the one used for fixing spells (as it would be stupid to hardcode values, we just take them from there). we are discussing a solution as we speaking, and hopefully will get soon

It's release right after 1 day before the 7.1.5 patch. I guess they messed up the wowhead info again.
