Bug description: Fel Flame doesn't even give half the demonic fury it's supposed to.

So.. At 28549 spell power Fel Flame tooltip says it restores 25.129 demonic fury, but it stores 15 demonic fury only.
At 39762 spell power tooltip says 34.660 demonic fury restored per Fel Flame, but it is still only restoring 15 demonic fury.

Fel Flame restores a specified amount of fury, in this case 15, regardless of spellpower. The tooltip is bugged, and you should search wowhead for more detailed info.
