Bug description: the tidestone spawns, but when you want to loot it, it gives nothing to you, tried several times and waited between, still nothing

To resume: The quest appears as a repeatable quest when taken the first time. If dropped, the completion marker goes back to the quest giver instead of the Tidestone down the stairs. There is a problem with looting the Shards, I think it's gameobject related. Additionally, there should be a small beam of light on the location of the shards, so that players know what to loot. =/ Just like in this video: https://youtube.com/watch?v=hsOxwuFxtx8:

This also means that those npcs (Athissa+ Warlord Parjesh) that are spawned up near the entrance to the Academy should not be there. =/

The first keystone, near the first column you encounter, gives the item. But that's the only one.
