Bug description: Normally, they should stack and decrease then stun duration by 40% and other CC by -20%. It doesn't do that, you still get the full stun duration

I seriously can't reproduce it cheapshot (without DR) stuns me only for 2.4 sec with both the talents selected (exactly -40% from those two spells).
What spells did you test?

at 0:52-0:55 you can see the duration of storm bolt for example. I tested last night with these both talents and the duration was 4 sec .

Ok so i tested right now, the grip from the DK, Leg Sweep from monk and instead of 5 sec i get 2.5 sec duration, so i'm assuming they are working as intentednow.
