Details: (optional) Hi! I wasn't sure where to put this but this is the best place I think I could find. I recently bought a full BiS rogue (the $250 deal) and decided to trade one of the Seismic Bore's for a Norushen's Shortblade. I had two seismic bores, one of them was UNUPGRADED, and the other was 4/4. I specifically made sure the website said the one that was unupgraded for the transaction... and when I logged on, it's now completely missing and I have the 572 unupgraded one and my 4/4 is gone. I only care because thats an entire week of valor that I lost... is there any way I could have my valor cap reset and get refunded the valor please? (I don't care about the gems or enchats)
