Bug description: its my understanding its been updated that guardian druids no longer change leave bear form in order to cast the spell
Proof: WoD Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23): No longer cancels Bear Form for Guardian druids. - http://wow.gamepedia.com/Healing_Touch

Healing Touch no longer cancels Bear Form for Guardian Druids. but when i cast this as guardian spec I come out of Bear Form
