WoW Freakz spell link: Moon and Stars
Bug description: This trait need a little rewrite.
1)Actualy buff from Moon and Stars called Star Power can proc from each damaging spell you cast without using Celestial Alignment/Incarnation: Chosen of Elune.
2)When you are talented Incarnation: Chosen of Elune, buff Star Power should does stay longer to expiration of Incarnation (30 seconds) instead of 15 seconds when using Celestial Alignment
3)Star Power should stack only when you cast Moonfire/Sunfire/Solar Wrath/Lunar Strike/Starfall/Full Moon/Half Moon/New Moon and it works properly. Problem is with Starfall, when you cast Starfall any damage done by "falling stars" also give you stacks of Star Power, that shouldn't happen.
4)Next problem is % of haste granted. When you are use Celestial Alignment haste should increase 3% per stack (max 50 stacks). When talented Incarnation: Chosen of Elune it should be 1% per stack, now its 3% like without using Incarnation talent.

1)Freakz: - used Sunfire and it proced without using of Celestial Alignment, look at big WeakAura above action bars.

For 1 it works fine for me, maybe is something random after a crash, but for now it works fine.
For 2 you are right, it should stay for the entire time of Incarnation and it should give you only 1% haste per hit spell, not 3, because the time is way bigger on incarnation.
For 3 yes, you should get only 1 stack, otherwise in big pulls you would get 150% haste increase which is madness.
And for 4 yes.

Note that I found another 2 bugs related to this on PTR, gonna leave them here:

1) Lunar strike AoE damage procs stacks for Moon and Stars, and it shouldn't, just the initial damage should be.
2) The AoE damage from full moon procs stacks as well, should proc only 1.

Check in slow motion (.25) from 0:21 when he start to cast Full Moon and receive only 1 stack (note that he insta cast Sunfire before the animation from full Moon come so that's why he get 2 stacks )
And at 0:33 he start to use Lunar Strike and from 12 stacks he goes to 13 (the aoe from Lunar strike shouldn't count for stacks on Moon and Stars).

And I'm more than sure that not even a single spell should give you more than 1 stack of Moon and Stars.

Confirmed.

Fixed all related issues. now there is a 100ms ICD on the proc that is more than enough to disallow all AoE procs (starfall will still proc it every second or so, but not per target), but small enough not to mess up anything.
