Here's an explanation of each and every staff role on discord.freakz.ro along with current title holders:

Staff members

Owner
Freakz.ro Owner, Head Administrator & Head Developer.
Please DO NOT disturb him with questions that can be handled by other staff members.

Head GM
WoW Freakz Head GameMasters are responsible with all WOW related Inquiries along with the management of both Development & Customer Support teams.
You should contact Head GM for:

• Account recovery related issues;
  
• Exploit reports;
  
• GameMaster reports;
  
• Any other major concern towards WoW Freakz;

Community Manager
The Community Managers are in charge of discord.freakz.ro by all means.
They are responsible for:

• Answering questions
  
• Reviewing suggestions
  
• Placing punishments
  
• Appealing punishments
  
• Channel management
  
• VIP management
  
• Moderator management

Developer
WoW Freakz Development Team Representatives.
WoW Devs provide full support when it comes to WoW inquiries. They are also part of Discord staff. For the sake of simplicity, they do not have a separate role. Online developers show up as Game Masters on Discord instead of having their own group.
Devs can place & appeal punishments.

Game Master
WoW Freakz Customer Support Representatives.
WoW GMs provide full support when it comes to WoW inquiries. They are also part of Discord staff.
GameMasters can place & appeal punishments.

Auxiliary staff members

Class Moderator
No staff function on Discord, however this role represents Class Discussion Moderators &
Quality Assurace. Class Moderators are responsible for testing bug reports & assisting with class-related questions.

Helper
Discord users with various duties in the community, who may or may not be part of the main staff. Helpers are also moderators, being able to place and remove punishments.
The Helper role is also given to Trial Game Masters.
