Hi first i would have to disagree about dual wield giving you less elusive brew, yes it will give you less for 1 critical hit but you will hit more often. I also have a question is energy regeneration bugged in the way that haste will give you more of it then it should. Right now i have around 3.5k haste and 15.20 energy I played on other private server and there i had 7.5k haste and 14.70 regen. I also watched guide for youtube and he also have less energy regen with the amount of haste he has.

I'd like to point out something here. I'm not sure you took into account the Gift of the Ox passive, but it's a great source of self-healing and it procs a LOT if you are dual wielding. Combined with haste, this makes Dual wielding superior to 2h in my humble opinion, as you will also generate elusive brew stacks at a much higher rate.

Minor comment, but I'd also rule out parry and dodge completely from reforging priorities. =/

Otherwise, good guide overall.

Nice guide, with a lot of good general information in it.

A few of relatively minor issues, tho:

1. Your guide mentions that BoK is bugged and doesn't properly extend Shuffle's duration when spammed. Based on my testing, it now does do this, so BoK spam is a bit more viable (when needed).
   
2. BiS Gear list is for i509 gear - we're now up to Galkaras in SoO, so that's very out of date.
   
3. Somehow, your guide forces a total post witdth of what looks to be about 1920px. This forces side-to-side scrolling, making the guide hard to read, if you don't have at least a 1920x1080 monitor (My monitor is only 1600x900).
