even if I'm alliance.

Both quests are available to both factions. Which one should be HORDE only and which one should be ALLIANCE only?

I know this topic is mostly dead, but I wanted to point out that the Burning Ears seem to only be dropping for the horde. There is a huge difference between the 2 factions with identical quests with 1,133 completions from horde chrarcters, and 0 quest completions from Alliance in the quick facts block.
