CAS bug ??? pls help

Bug description: cas bug????
Proof: every time i try to run wow i get this:
The CAS system was unable to initialize: Client Handler: initialization error: failed to create storage component

Error downloading versions data from patch service: DOWNLOAD_TIMEOUT. URL: http://US.patch.battle.net:1119/wow/versions.
Error downloading CDN data from patch service: DOWNLOAD_TIMEOUT. URL: http://US.patch.battle.net:1119/wow/cdns.
Error downloading CDN data from patch service: DOWNLOAD_TIMEOUT. URL: http://US.patch.battle.net:1119/wow/cdns.
Error downloading versions data from patch service: DOWNLOADING_TIMEOUT. URL: http://US.patch.battle.net:1119/wow/versions.
Error downloading CDN data from patch service: DOWNLOAD_TIMEOUT. URL: http://US.patch.battle.net:1119/wow/cdns.

and i cant start game pls help

This is a problem on your end, connectivity issues (blocked ports/etc), nothing we can do about it

Please make sure to disable antivirus software / firewall OR check your router configuration for blocked ports.
Usually this would resolve the issue.

fixed it by deleting Data folder and then startin launcher
