Stuck on The Eye of Eternity

I solo the Eye of Eternity(http://www.wowhead.com/the-eye-of-eternity) 10n with my DK. During phase 2 (the flying discs), mobs are not rotating and I have to kill them with my ranged spells. However, I can't get on the discs they are not rotating. Anyone who have soloed it please suggests.

It shouldn't be soloable, as in phase3 you can't kill him with 1 drake only?

Pretty sure that you have to burst Malygos and kill him before he enters phase 2.
