Bug description: While monk is casting https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=115175&&name=soothing-mist statue should replicate healing on most injured ally, if only 1 target, then it will heal same target as monk.
Proof: Right now its healing seems rly low https://gyazo.com/478cb2dcaa6bd4073f95504e8e1eb3ac
I'll search for some more proofs meanwhile so don't lock topic way too early please
