these 2 quests are also not completable, but I'm assuming you will script them, so I won't post them as bugs.
Although these quests can't be completed, the storyline The Taking of Lok-Rath https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=lok-rath+is can be completed.

Terror of nagrand was already fixed but not live on PTR, wait for server restart.

Last quest that I fixed was https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=35096&&name=terms-of-surrender, next ones even if completable, they are not blizzlike scripted yet.
Those 2 are not scripted yet, when i finish them i will mark this topic as fixed
