Bug description: This bug is for the 2 spells Monk's get 'Zen Pilgrimage' one is the basic that is aviable to monks on spell book from level 1 to level 98 , upon doing the quest chain 'Before the Storm ' https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12103&&name=before-the-storm ( Reported it here , its low on priority list for some reasons while it should be very high https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Monk-Class-Order-Hall-Before-the-Storm-t459731.html)
Monk's upgrade the old Zen Pilgrimage Spell and get a new one that teleports the player to their class Order Hall. The class order hall teleport spell is aviable from new level 90 characters in PTR, proof below Picture 1.And upon reaching level 98 it gets replaced by the old basic spell Zen Pilgrimage that teleports you to Pandaria peak of serenity, this makes the monks unable to reach their class order halls on high level ( level 109 Monk) , shown on picture 2.

Ur right about ur theory but since artifact quest is disabled it would be good to ignore this rn

He is correct, ofc. But until we have to test the Order Hall campaign quests, this is not as pressing. ^.-

I already closed/rejected tons of these posts. please ignore class hall teleports for the duration of the PTR. the spell as of now is scripted like this: if you have the class order hall upgrade for the spell, it will TP you to your order hall, otherwise to Pandaria. the spell is not the problem, the problem is you cannot complete the quest just yet that would give you the upgrade. will work as intended on release
