Bug description: When u "use" grasp that holding "Jale Rivermane" u get quest credit for "Oakin Ironbull rescued" and there is no grasp on "Oakin Ironbull". Quest worked before I did it on my other characters but i guess it got bugged. http://imgur.com/a/7nd27

Can confirm that.Also if you dismount and click on the Jale grasp of dargul you can mount it and unable to dismount it whitout relog.
