[DUPLICATE] Demon hunter artifact bug

Hello I have a problem with my demon hunter apparently its bug the artifact weapon and I only have one equipped and the other one is in my mail but I can not take it because you can not have more than one ..
This happened to me 2 times, at first I did not see the weapons anywhere so I decided to buy others ... it turns out they were in my mail but since I did not see any new messages I did not think they were there.
Now i have 2 artifacts bug.
Please if you could solve it I would be very grateful.

It only happens with the DPS spec Artifact Twinblades of the Deceiver, I use the Tank spec ones without problems so far.

EDIT: I made a video trying out some methods to see if it gets bugged, but it didn't. As far as I see there is something wrong, maybe with new made characters?
