[General]PVP] Trinket and Enchant effects vs Absorbs

Bug description: Trinket and Enchant effects does not proc on targets with absorb shield. The spells/attacks hit the target with absorb and reduce the shield but as you can see in the video below the procs from trinkets, weapon enchants and tailoring back enchant only start after the absorb is broken and the target is geting non absorbed damage. It's kinda big deal in pvp when you face paladin holy or priest disci in arena or in world.

There are actuall talents/passives that do not proc while the spell that causes them to proc is fully absorbed. I can't make a list right know but i'll try later.

Confirm, for example Strikes of Opportunity / Killing Machine doesn't proc on targets with absorb shields.

PS: If everyone can come with what spells that are affected by this making a list would be easier.

A general fix cannot be made because some of them shouldn't proc on absorb, we have to manually modify proc for spells to proc on absorb to, so an actual list is what we need
