Bug description: Doesn't increases critical chance. it should increases with 15%. I have 14% critical chance+ 15% artifact trait = 29%

It's RNG , meaning you can cast 1000 shadowbolts and no crit or you can cast 1000 shadowbolts and all will crit, Quicksand I think you can test better.

I verified inside the core, i would prefer not to share any screenshots, but going line by line in the code it's clearly visible that it adds the 15. As Seyrox said, it can feel unlucky :/
