[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] Eye of Leotheras

Bug description: I should take damage just 1 time(for the cast) not for everyone that my spell hits and also it is bugged in my starfall with dots on all enemies i take insane damage without casting anything(killed myself in a couple of arenas)

Yep, If the DH casts Eye of Leotheras on me while i have starfall active it gets procced without that 1sec internal cd, every time one of the enemies gets hit


Also i don't know if the damage from Eye of Leotheras should count for the Leeching effect from the Metamorphosis

Everytime you do dmg while EOL is active on you; you take dmg, that's why that spell is used vs classes that dots like boomkin, affly, elem.

Ex: each time starfall hit, each time you get dmg from EOL

1. It says that i have to cast a spell to take damage
2. It says that it has 1 second cooldown, if i check my combat log i have 3-4 procs in 1 second
3. It should not affect spells that have already been casted (if i have starfall active i literally die running without casting shit)
4. I should not get damaged for every enemy that my spell hits, i should get the damage only 1 time for the cast
