Bug description: The NPC is not there, BUT if you go there and don't have the specific debuff you can see him, but you can't manage to go near the altar whitout getting transformed.

Alright. The whole story is that normally, while you're on that quest and the next 4 quests, you will be phased into the underworld version of Quetz'lun's altar. Currently all the phased mobs and the quest NPC are in the "normal" Quetz'lun's altar, where they should not be. You'll need to make Quetz'lun's spirit visible only while in the underworld, for starters, then all the nearby trolls (xcept the Prophet) and the Underworld Power Fragment objects as well as the Soul fonts should all be phased. I might get you a list later on.
