Bug description: This trait is suppose to let your [Frostbolt] have a chance at procing 2 [Fingers of Frost] instead of 1. After casting 2 sets of 200 [Frostbolt]'s I only got a double proc of [Fingers of Frost] once. From my experience in Retail it should be higher.

[Quicksand]

I got 3 procs for 13 casts just now. I don't know what did you do, but you might be the unluckiest guy. it's 25% chance (should be 1 out of 4 -> my tests kind of agrees with this one)
