Bug description: There are 2 problems with this spell:
1. It affects Holy Shock and it shouldn't.
2. The visual cd increase doesn't update so you have no idea when the spells are up.

Holy Shock should not heal you, the spell was nerfed after the beta. Even the tooltip doesn't mention anything about holy shock.

Ah, I was thinking that you refer for the damage increase, I saw now what you mean.

Holy shock is no longer affected, but the CD reduction aura still needs to be fixed (it's not just this spell, all auras that modify the rate of cooldowns are not functional as of now... will fix it soon though)
