Becouse you complet this Q https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41138&&name=feeding-shal-aran first.

After this quest (Feeding Shal'Aran) all others Quests are bugged.

Not really, that's the only bugged quest for me. I have all the other achievement parts from "Nightfallen but not forgotten" besides the last one, which I'm working on right now.

I can confirm the same quest bug, done everything except the last chapter from http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=10617/nightfallen-but-not-forgotten

Creating a new character should not be a solution to this quest...just think about all the stuff the players did and all the achievements they got before this small problem.
I know the quest works, but it should be fixed so that we can continue questing.
