What's your proof supposed to show? 'Sometimes' is vague and your bug report does not prove anything. That 'sometimes' might just be RNG

Devs don't have to fix it right away or spend so much time on it... just reported it so they will be on lookout, they'll know that there's a BUG that sometimes causes this problem, which is not that important by the way... just like visual bug.

also lava surge proc rate is working fine... install addon and track the flameshock ticks and the lava surge proc rate. if u look with high accuracy, it's already fine.

i dont know mate...
when i post a spell bug report without proof, they go as far as nearly banning me... (even though they were mostly right, untill now)

seeing you post crap and then get approval from a bot-like guy with no proof is just annoying.

at least install skada and check it, then use snipping tool to provide valid images... just like any other elemental shaman bug report.

Hi there, i'm here to bring proofs

First of all:

https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191647&&name=master-of-the-elements - this artifact trait increases overload damage by 12%;

now if we have the trait that should mean that overload deals 87% damage of the initial spell and for me the mastery from character info shows only 84% damage increased to overload

1. For lightning bolt overload
Proof: http://imgur.com/rA6SxRw --- It seems like master of the elements trait is not working

74025 * 75/100 = 55518 (damage calculated only with elemental overload) (the ingame damage is a bit higher than this due to https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191493&&name=call-the-thunder from what i can guess)

74025 * 84/100 = 62181 (damage calculated with the overload damage displayed by my character)

74025 * 87/100 = 64401 (damage calculated with mastery elemental overload + the artifact trait) this should be the correct damage

2. For chain lightning overload

67680 * 84/100 = 56851 (calculated with the overload damage that my character info shows)

67680 * 87/100 = 58881 (the actual damage that should inflict)

3. For lava burst overload

109991 * 87/100 = 95692 (the actual damage that should inflict)

4. For elemental blast overload

250122 * 84/100 = 210102 (calculated with the overload damage that my character info shows)

This post is highly mistaken, and is not accurate at all. The trait is multiplicative, not additive.
