Bug description: haunt even now it dosent apply your dots on the target kike on bnlizz here i a video on blizz how it should work,should apply aggony,unstable affliction and curse on the targe if you start with the Haunt

At 6:26 if you take a closer look he used Soulburn: Soul Swap + Haunt at the same time. (You can notice the Soulburn buff in the top right corner)
