WoW Freakz spell link: i couldn't find the BLUR spell from Demon hunter
Bug description: after the 2 charges of fel rush are depleted, you can refresh them using blur, while this spell should only do https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=198589 (wowhead link) this.
Proof: https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&&video_id=AJeJN47URQc As you can see in the video uploaded this shouldn't happen at all, and could be exploited really bad.

The old version of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=201469 gave 2 charges of fel rush. but should give 30% increased movement speed as of now. Spell was scripted in 7.0.3, fixing it
