Bug description: I've seen this spell discussed on https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-PvE-Dread-Wastes-Unstable-Serum-t459893.html also and I know that it works as I haven't encountered a problem with it earlier when killing the mobs mentioned. But here, there seems to be an issue. The mobs will actively stun me repeatedly, and after a while will do it again, as I know it's supposed to be periodically. I went around killing the same type of mobs and this only seems to be happening in one area only.
