Will we be able to migrate our MoP character to Legion?

Hi.
I couldn't really find the topic and I'm not sure if it's the place to ask but I'll go anyway.

Would it be possible, once the server is up and running, to migrate our characters from MoP to Legion with all our stuff (achievements, pets, mounts, inventory, etc...)?

We want to have a FRESH start for our Legion realm as it was already stated, thus so character transfers aren't an option.

What about migration from other servers. Will it be possible to migrate characters from other servers to Legion as it is on MoP or does the "fresh" server apply for this as well?

well you can migrate them to another server then migrate them back here! 10/10 would do it again

P.S.:I think that server has to play legion
