Bug description: no sigil drop all time what go in raid ( tot, MV, toes, Soo)
Proof: Hello GM can anyone finnaly help my friend please ? He cant go raids, legendary quest its not working for him anymore he tried retake Quest nothing reinstal wow nothing unstuck chars nothing. Even if sigils drop he have empty boss all the time nothing in.He have screens from looting bosses when everyone taking sigils but his loot is empty. Last ticket what he send they ask him if he did any transfer race or faction. No he didnt. Please help him asap its important for him.

tell him to abandon quest delete wow cache and retake quest and sigils will start dropping again
