[REJECTED] Cant restore character

Bug description:
Hi,
I have a problem with restoring my deleted character on legion PTR. I have tried to restore the char multiple times by sending the request from character list on the website. It always says ,,Undelete request is being processed,, but after the period of the time nothing really happen (the character is still in deleted chars) and i can make the request again like it was canceled. It wouldnt be a problem to make another char but it says that name reservation will expire in 23 days and i dont wanna change my name.
Can you please help me somehow ? thx

you cant reserve names from legion ptr,only from mop server so...

I didnt reserve the name at all. The issue is that i can´t restore the char from the character list at the website. I have tried it multiple times,but it always say that request is being processed but after like a day nothing happen and i can make the request again.

Character recovery is not enabled on the PTR but will be on the live server. You can create the character again only once you've deleted it.

Ok. I will just w8 till the server goes live or till the reservation expire date.
