1. When Water Elemental (wowhead link) attack your target, Its range will get closer by every Waterbolt (wowhead link) it casts

2. Regarding to bug #1, When water elemental reaches melee range it will deal melee damage to target even between the cast of Waterbolt (wowhead link)
