Bug description: The healing of both of the trinkets is way to low compared to the original logs they had on 5.4 at blizz
Proof: basically during our HC encounters they rarely pass 500k healing compared on what they are supposed to do

Can do more testing in actual raids if necessary

Compared cleave VS multistrike trinkets and the difference is very big. Cleave proc, even in overhealing, is not good enough. That cleave version was HC, whereas the Multistrike is from NM trinket
