[DUPLICATE] Utgarde Pinnacle Skadi bug

Bug description: Basically, today i went to run Utgarde Pinnacle and i encountered major bug with this boss. First i went to start him, he flew up and harpoons werent working so couldnt do nothing about it, so i reseted the instance, came back, oneshotted him and after i killed him i could not loot him at all. Tried to relog still no luck with it. 3 screenshots in the proof bellow

Well, you shouldn't oneshot him, just let him fly at the start, then w8 at the end of the hall to spawn some mobs, those mobs will drop 2-3 harpoons, try to use the harpoons machine after. And also try to not oneshot him with harpoons machine

So, after I try it to do, I can confirm that the boss is not spawning in the zone where you can use harpoons -> http://imgur.com/a/i5qNp
Note: I w8ed like 5-10 min.
The main problem here is that the boss is under map, he doesnt knwo how to fly, thats why when you use harpoons machine you will get a message: "Out of range!" -> http://imgur.com/a/hIsfT

I also made the boss and confirm this bug. You can not shoot the harpoons, since once the fight starts it does not appear only when you hear it and if you notice it when it starts it falls down (in the image it comes out talking and it is seen that it is under the stage) and I think it is that the problem. I tried to kill tirandome cds but for my team I could not since I only have a single blow and then the combat starts and you have to lower 250k of life I think of a blow to kill it and still I do not know if it works.
