Disconnection issue, (Where is the help/support thread)

First of all sorry for posting this in general, couldn't find the troubleshooting thread.

I'm new to this server, and i've downloaded the wow freakz server full download from bittorrent,
The game runs fine but I keep getting disconnected every now and then, it happens randomly, and it can happen while moving around or in dungeons/raids.

I've been checking out my internet connection but there has been no interruptions, and the game doesn't closes but it disconnects back to the login screen where i can log back up immediately.

Has anyone had this issue before?
Can anyone help?

Greetings!

The weird disconnections you are experiencing might be purely random, but you should try doing the following things to assure they don't happen again:
- reset your game by deleting your interface, cache and WTF folders
- flush your DNS by following the instructions in this article. You should also try releasing and renewing your IP Address.
- make sure nobody has your account information - you're immediately disconnected once somebody else connects to the account you're playing on
- make sure it's not on your end

Followed ipconfig release/renew/flush

Followed erasing folders but got the next error after login (username/password)

So i tried to log in again and got stuck on connecting.
Closed and opened wow another 3 times and got the next error (?)

And never could log back in again... so i restored the WTF and Interface folders and could log back in.

Gonna try the game and see if it goes well with ipconfig commands.

Sory for the bother but i'm new to the server and pandaria patch, so never had this kind of problems before.

Greetings! I've never encountered such errors after these proccedures. Either I haven't been paying enough attention to support threads or there's something out of the ordinary with your game. If you keep getting disconnected when the server is up, you should redownload our game / launcher.

Hi mate!
I encountered on some level a similar problem to yours(i was getting disconnected after about 30-60 minutes of gameplay and i had to relog every time this occured).
What i found to be the problem was my lack of troubleshooting when it came to port forwarding.(My case was a bit unique since i have 2 routers set in cascade so i had to set it as AP,give it an STATIC LAN IP and then port forward the necessary ports in the main router).
In your case if you have one router i think you need to port forward the ports necessary for WOW to run.(also make sure wow is allowed through firewall)
This might happen due to a timeout on some packets sent by the server to your computer.

The ports that i have opened on mine are

3724 TCP
1119 TCP and UDP
6881-6999 TCP
6112 TCP
*optional 80 TCP and UDP (for HTTP access)

hi guys

so I m new and I just dwl the legion expantion on your site. I flw the instruction given, and dwl the new launcher, but when I enter the game (via the new freak launcher) it sends we a warning: You are not using our sever (or something like that) and disconnects me. Errror is called WOW51900319. Can someone pls offer me some advice on how to fix this? tnx in advance.

PS. Sry if I used the wrong disscusion, i am still getting a hang on this forum and private server wow thing.
