[FIXED] [Monk][Mistweaver] Healing Sphere

Bug description: It doesn't dispell Vampiric Touch and might be other spells too, i found only this one atm.
When Sphere is dispelling VT player should not be feared, and some times Spheres do not appear on the ground.

I can confirm this, but it seems that the dispel isn't working only for some dots, I will reply again with a full list of dots that aren't affected by this.

Also the part with animation is right, sometime they don't spawn (visual) but they are there, you can still use them to heal, if you remeber where you placed them.

Agony is "curse" not magic. Fixed issues the other issues.
