Sorry to off topic over here I saw that you had trouble with unlocking the 3rd artifact relic you just need to re-equip your weapon to unlock it

It never happend to me ever. But if fel rush doesn't go off its because of server lag or lag from your side.

I'll close this thread since no one else did experience or complain about it.

If more player report is the same issue we will look into it.
