Bug description: there is nowhere to complete the quest. The npc is still missing after you fix this quest

Edit: Looks like starting a quest line Paladin quest will break somewhere while doing other quests,
another character I managed to do all the quests with Achievement anyway I think the lack of npc
can affect the playability of the game
