Bug description: I noticed that on the second line of atifact appearence there is one which everybody should have. As you can see in the picture it asks to " Unlock every artifact trait " and I did.

you need the first appearance of "the line" in order to get the ones after it. If you completed the objective before getting the prereq - you'll get the appearance retroactively once you complete the first objective in the line, in this case "complete the order hall campaign".
