[COMPLETED] items lost during server crash

Details: (optional) i create a character and i send to this character some heirloom items..
after that i got a crash and i could not see my characters... the server disconnected and when i log back my character was not appeared i recreate the character with the same name... but the heirloom items are gonne...

some items i got them multiply times so i dont really care but the items that are lost and i got them only once and i need them is

please send the items to mitliadess is the character that keeps all my heirloom items so i know where are they..

almost all the items was bought with vote points...

last edit : i bought almost all items again the only things that is missing is the 2 trinket and the pirates ring pls send them...

could not recover above item it was not in vote shop logs recovered other 2 items
