Bug description: It supposed to heal 30% of my total health. I have tested it with 590k HP and it healed arround 34,2% of my hp. 30 % of 590k health is 177k and it heals for 201,793. This is arround ~ 34% or something.

Tested with 100 health, heals me for 30, with 3000 health, heals me for 900, with 911k, heals me for 273k, it's working fine.
