[Death Knight] Icebound Fortitude Bug

Bug description: If you are asphyxiated by another dk , and you want to use icebound fortitude , said that you are not able to do that " while you are stuned" .
Proof: http://imgur.com/gallery/wzquV here is an image where we can see that i cant use icebound while im ashpyxiated.

and at this video we can see clearly how that dk can remove the ashpyxiate at min 4:47- 4:52 with the icebound fortitude.
