Bug description: u can see the shadows caress buff in this movie but in freakz u cant see that buff when u going to shadow dance or stealth vanish so not work.

Confirm ,i wanted to try this on my blizz rogue but unfortunatelly i don't have lvl 6 honor talent
i found this instead ,you can see the Symbols of Death cd's going down rly fast

CM Note: Talent doesn't work at all. The buff doesn't appear neither your cooldown recovery of your abilitys is increased by 30% while being in stealth or in shadowdance.
