Bug description: After 5 days of farming i got my chest for transmog,and i can't use it, i got a message like "this item's appearance cannot be used" but i have almost the full set,and that chest it's included in set...i sold it to a vendor and purchased it but without result and i tried to transmog other chests,not only the one i have on myself but again without result, if that chest it's bugged i would like you to send me another one on https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/genesis/juri thanks.

No,as you can see i said i farmed 5 days for it, so that means i killed a lot of mobs to get that chest with 1% drop chance.

Delete Cache folder and retry, the item can be transmogrified.
