Vote points gift for Children's week event

I've yet to receive the 50 vote points gift. Do I have to fill some quotas or am I just supposed to wait? I might mention I never voted so far.

Vote points were awarded to players who were active in the last month.

You need to have voted at least once for the server to have received those vote points.
