Bug description: When mastery procs at Devouring Plague , the priest doesn't get more tick heals , only the normal damage from the spell is healing.
Proof: on Blizz https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tq_BCTiyu9E skip at 11:04 and you'll see the first Devouring Plague which heals for 10 times, then at 11:35 the second Devouring Plague which heals for 8 times. you can see no haste buffs between those 2 casts.
