Bug description: I did raden 10h and the Titan Runestone hasn't dropped. It should be 100% drop chance.

While this looks like a bug, it's actually intended. The drop chance is 50% because of how we handle raid difficulties. On blizz you can make only 1 run of the raid in any of the difficulties available. On our server you can make 4 runs (10n, 10h, 25n, 25h). If we would have 100% chance, that would mean 4 guaranteed runestones, so we decreased the chance a bit to accomodate to this situation

Seems legit from your point of view, but still on blizz were 3 100% titan drop, here are more likely 2 with 100% chance because:

1. Ppl cant clear Throne of Thunder in 25hc, because no one is doing it anymore.

2. Ppl need to have sort of a guild raid of 10 hc to clear ra-den, cause global raid is so fail at durumu or dark animus.

But, its your server, your rules.


And also you said smth about raid difficulties. Well if you beat for example Sha of Fear on 10 normal, you loot a titan runestone. Then you can clear it on other 3 diff, still no loot, cause is sort of a quest cooldown on that boss. So the argument with raid difficulties is invalid for me.

Ra-den is only available on Heroic difficulty.

Titan Runestones are a semi-rare drop from the last six bosses (plus Ra-den) in Throne of Thunder and from the first eight bosses in Siege of Orgrimmar in all difficulty levels. Lei Shen, Ra-den, and the Sha of Pride have a guaranteed chance to drop a runestone.
Titan Runestones are personal loot. Players only have a single chance each week to loot a runestone from each boss, no matter the difficulty level, and the chance of winning a runestone is the same on all difficulty levels. Should players run LFR first each lockout, they will not be eligible to loot a runestone if they later kill the same boss in normal or Heroic mode.

Loot cooldown doesn't work for the normal loot system. It only works for personal loot (LFR / Flex), so that can't be applied to normal raids (without redesigning the whole loot system just for this)

Bottom line, it will remain like this
